Goodman Lilley is a successful independent property sales, letting and land/estate agency. They have been in business for over 7 years and cover North Somerset and Bristol areas from their three branches – Henleaze, Portishead and Shirehampton.

Goodman Lilley won Best Agent – South West in the Negotiator awards in 2016 and Marketing Manager, Nikita, is also very positive about 2017 and the coming years. “We have a very good team on board,” she said, “and like to think we do things a bit differently. Our very personal, caring approach is well received and we are seeing vast improvements in year on year sales.”

DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY

“Henleaze is our flag-ship branch. The intouch through-glass touch screen is different from what other agents in the area are doing and helps us stand out from the crowd. We also have an internal touch screen which we use to present and discuss property details with our clients. We are proud of how we do things, for example always making sure properties are photographed on blue skies to enhance their appeal. All marketing is designed in-house, which helps us manage our brand, and we like the fact that our touch screens can be consistent with our marketing.”

“Our branches are all in prominent locations with high footfall, and people like to look in our windows. We have limited display tiles, but our through-glass touch screen means we can present all of our properties 24/7 which vendors really like. The through-glass touch screen helps us to get additional business. We often see people use the touch screen and then come into the shop for more information, although most views happen out of hours.  I monitor the viewing stats and in the first 7 months of 2017 we received 22,000 clicks!
